With IN-STEP, it’s possible to visually design processes composed of multiple steps, thus breaking down even complex activities into simpler blocks. It’s possible to create branched procedures for managing variables by documenting different options, and personnel are guided step by step in a simple and rapid manner. Tutoring activities and training sessions can also be conducted in the field in an immersive and engaging way.

With IN-STEP, all workflow can be codified and made available to ensure adherence to procedures, avoid errors, optimize time and methods, increase work quality, and enhance safety for operators. Data regarding entire processes, individual steps, or specific procedures are always accessible and can be stored, exported, and analyzed for Business Intelligence activities.

Unlike other systems for designing business processes, IN-STEP is a “turnkey” solution that solves all compatibility issues because its cloud-based localization does not require installations or configurations, ensuring access to the latest updated version of created projects and preventing outdated documents from being viewed.

IN-STEP can be used through all common browsers and is compatible with various multimedia tools. The ability to generate QR codes, which can be scanned by smart devices, eliminates the introduction of potential errors.

Data management

Log Analysis - Every operation performed on a process in the field is recorded and saved in a database, allowing the desktop client to analyze all data for various business needs.

MES Connectors - It's possible to design and implement custom connectors for the MES system used to integrate data from IN-STEP into the company's information system.

Operator Access - It's possible to log in with a specific field operator and track all operations performed on a particular process.

Data Export - Data can be exported in various formats (Excel, CSV, JSON, and others) to enable performance analysis.

QR Code Linking

Each process can be retrieved in real-time by linking it to a unique QR code readable, for example, by mobile devices or augmented reality glasses (AR Glasses)

Operator Safety

The operator is guided step-by-step without distractions. For example, using augmented reality (AR) glasses, information is projected directly onto the glasses' display within the field of view. Hands remain free, and integration with any personal protective equipment (PPE) is fully supported.

Security and privacy of all data and information

IN-STEP is a secure system to use and respects privacy: data is encrypted, and the platform does not collect or share personal information. Regular backups on protected servers in tested Datacenters ensure data protection.
